Besides actually learning the facts about digital media and the fundamentals, I actually learned a lot when it comes to different media software to create media of my own, whether it be a sound file, an animation, or my own website. Along with that I learned that are many different file formats that I can save items as, as well as their abbreviations (which I now recognize and decide what it is while I am saving a file). One important fact that I learned is that digital media effects everyone from children to adults.

  7. The most challenging project for me was the Gimp 3D animation. I felt like the detail to the program as well as all the different things to choose from and the fact that the program was very specific in its steps, made the program very hard for me. • The challenges of this class to me personally was just being in an environment that I am not very familiar with. I am not very computer “literate” for lack of a better term. And the fact that the class was on digital media was much harder when I am not very familiar or accustomed to the technological world.

  8. My favorite part of the class was the freedom you- Prof. Reaves- gave to us in making the different projects. Although it was hard for me, I did like the challenge of the class. Freedom gave us an actual chance to learn.
