(A) Similarity plot of genomic nucleotide sequences generated using SimPlot v3.5.1 [16] with a window size of 200 nuc. and a step size of 20 nucleotides. (B) Similarity plots of the amino acid sequences of ORF1, ORF2 and ORF3 generated using SimPlot with a window size of 40 aa and a step size of 10 aa.
