WASH Cluster – Emergency Training UF • Aim • To improve the capacity of WASH practitioners to plan and deliver an • effective WASH response in an urban flood setting. • Objectives • To develop knowledge and understanding about the context and impacts of urban floods, as well as challenges and standards for the response • To provide guidelines on key elements of an initial rapid assessment in an urban flood setting • To develop understanding about WASH response activities and priorities in an urban flood setting. • Scope • WASH response, with a particular emphasis on the first phase response (0-2 months) Aims, objectives and scope UF0
