In English, I know I’m talking about the name of the verb (infinitive) because of the word TO (as in the verb to eat)In French, I know I’m talking about the name of the verb (infinitive) because of the ending of the verb: er, ir, re, oir.

We have four verb families:

After another verb:

Note: We have 2 ways of saying I would like
