MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS un • Abril 1999 y Junio 2002: 36 dispositivos • Catéter en arteria hepática asociado a reservorio pectoral izq • 33 pacientes (17 hombres y 16 mujeres) • Edades comprendidas 26 y 78 años (media 52,9 años) • Afectación hepática extensa • 24 ca. Colon, 7 ca. de recto y 1 adenoca. Gástrico • 1 hepatocarcinoma fibrolamelar • Estudios previos al procedimiento • TC toraco-abdominal • Analítica básica • Angiografía visceral

  2. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS un PROCEDIMIENTO • Punción de arteria subclavia izquierda • Guía ecográfica • Técnica Seldinger • Estudio angiográfico de vascularización hepática • Tronco celiaco y a. Mesentérica superior • Embolización mediante coils metálicos • Colocación de la cánula distal en a. hepática propia • Fijación del reservorio a planos profundos • Anestesia local • Tunelización • Comprobación, heparinización y seguimiento
