  3. What is it? Financial assistance for businesses to enhance current employees’ job-related skills • $15,000 reimbursable per employer • $50,000 reimbursable for consortium of employers • Employers match of 10, 25 or 50 % based upon size • Match does not have to be in cash • Match can be in the form of: • Salaries, • Travel expenses, • Employee benefits, etc. www.kcdee.org www.rivervalleywib.org

  6. Company Match The maximum funding award is $15,000 for any one business during a 12-month period of time. The maximum funding award for an employer consortium is $50,000 and requires a special competitive training services solicitation. www.kcdee.org www.rivervalleywib.org
