Objectives Peer-to-Peer Visit • Develop strategies for task, project, and grant management, as well as resource identification • Implement organizational strategies, including day-to-day productivity • Review communication and collaboration strategies with partner organizations • Discuss ongoing professional development opportunities

Review of ELC proposals • Erica: Use of 2 complementary databases • Project management database • Task management; review monthly • Evaluation database • Grant performance measures; review weekly • Differences between programs • Virginia laboratory not part of health department • Centralized (Louisiana) versus decentralized (Virginia) • Amount of steps for document review/approval • Partnership with academia

Review of ELC proposals • Ideas for future project consideration • Contract with QIN-QIO to onboard nursing homes into NHSN • Contract with MAD-ID to provide antibiotic stewardship training • Map budget items to grant activities • Validate NHSN survey responses - antibiotic stewardship • External validation of NHSN hospital data • Create statewide quarterly SAAR report • Add questions to state BRFSS survey on consumer antibiotic use
