Court processes are complex and are always characterized by tedious procedures and complex legal rules that have to be followed. In addition, court processes take a lot of time before the conclusion of a case. Therefore, the court process can prove to be very expensive for victims. Therefore, victims are presented with the opportunity to solve disputes outside the court through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. The ADR Services, arbitration provides parties in conflict a chance to find resolutions outside the court. Arbitration is a conflict resolution process where a neutral arbitrator makes a binding decision on the dispute after considering the presented evidence.
