  1. Within target rate - 0.05-0.07ML/s Growth temp (250°C) near another sp intensity max (main one at 300°C) Slower growth rate does not significantly affect sp intensity (091 and 094) Intensity (spikes) consistent with 2s “relaxation time” (shutter closed) • “Relaxation”: shutter closed – no counts (?) • “Stabilization”: no counts after shutter open (?) • “Wait”: ? • “Interpolation”: 1st and 2nd derivatives, and prediction?

  2. Programmed for 12ML/12ML bilayer w/o repeat • “count button” started around 1st intensity min • Input match ksaoutput • Resolved issues: • Does not count min • No more sporadic 0s in input • Unresolved/new issues: • Over count most max (red dashed lines) • Why doesn’t “wait time” (set at 2s) kick in? What is it? • Layer counting steps (red steps in “Digital Stat”) are all less than 2s. • Miss some intensity max/slope crossing (gray dashed lines) • Col11 (time of last counted ML) is mostly 0s – OK since not used • Possible solutions: • Need to have a real wait time after each “count” – i.e. turn “count” off right after each ML count and turn it back on after the wait time • Must count when “slope” goes from pos to neg (crossing) – i.e. this condition needs to be added • When “predicted time” (col6) coincides that for the slope crossing (col4), the layer counting is done precisely, so this part should remain
