Objective To develop an instrument that enables local and state governments to deal with causes of urban violence and criminality, as well as with intentional and unintentional injuries, making possible the design and implementation of effective public policies and programs aimed to contribute to safety and citizen coexistence.

Coordination of information source institutions (Police, Forensic Medicine, Public Prosecution Offfice, Public Health, others) contributing with data and integrating in inter-institutional operative and analysis committees Capacity Building and Follow-up with Local Developments (Software, information analysis, intervention strategies, strategy evaluations, Technological transfer, etc.).
