Spanish area: Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe and the European Union, and the fifth largest country in Europe. 4. Spanish people: 47.1 million. The immigrant population, which has increasingly entered Spain since the mid-1980s, is concentrated from Northern Africa and South America.

Crowned shield represents Spanish royal family. Each quarter displays badges of the original Spanish kingdoms.
