  4. Earthy colour/pallor. • +/- swollen face. • Eyes:arcus senilous,pallor,don’t forget the fundal exam( HTN,DM,vasculitis,SBE..). • Mouth: odor. • Rash: lupus, vasculitis, CTD. • Neck: look for the access.

  7. Chest: • Dialysis catheter. • Signs of liver disease (HRD,CKD with chronic liver disease). • Tattoos. • Scratch marks. • Browns tumor affecting the ribs.

  8. Heart and CV. • Friction rub indicating uremic pericarditis,S3 or S4,muffled heart sounds in pericardial effusion. • Pulses and blood pressure. • AVF or graft and complications.
