Council activities in 2005 & 2006 (1) • MET constituted as a non-profit professional association – 11/2005 to 5/2006 • Adaptation of Catalan template for the Charter; consensus on objectives • Tax number obtained • VAT exemption negotiated successfully • Draft internal by-laws (x 3) • Founding Council was formed. • Budget for METM 06, etc • Committees formed • Membership scheme MET General Assembly – 28 October 2006 – IEMed, Barcelona
