What are the criteria for establishing the BOA? • Declaration of Eligibility to be provided by National Delegation • Based upon common commodities i.e. common Information Technology COTS products • Most Preferred Customer Terms including single pricing structure and common terms and conditions • Acceptance of BOA terms and conditions • Able to provide technical, maintenance and in-country support on a NATO-wide basis • Pricing and technology updated on a regular basis • Pricing and technology applied at the time of delivery if respectively less or more up-to-date than at time of order. How are BOA Applications processed? • Applications are subject to declaration of eligibility • Information Package (BOA InfoPack) is made available to companies (including letter of introduction, BOA Guidelines and draft terms and conditions) on request • Applications should as a minimum include details of products and services, (preferred customer) prices, terms and conditions and details of partners/subsidiaries/affiliates and vendors • Companies are also encouraged to provide an “ordering guide” which shows the step-by-step process for using/ordering-off their prospective BOA • Company must demonstrate the process for updating and maintaining the prospective BOA. BOA Standard Agreement- Terms and Conditions • Complete where appropriate. • Specific to missing information and/or additions to Part I of the Standard BOA T&Cs: The General Provisions (Part II) will not be negotiable. Clarification will be incorporated into the Special Provisions (Part I). The Special Provisions are aimed at those terms applicable to the specific company structure, operation, products and services offered, etc. NATO UNCLASSIFIED

  6. Information to be provided within Exhibit C • Short Company Description • List and Short Description of offered Products and/or Services • Pricelist for Products and/or Services. The prices offered under BOA shall be Preferred Customer Prices, as favourable as those extended to any Governmental Institutions and Bodies of the country where Company is located. If possible, the Pricelists provided should refer to competitively established prices. • Please remember clearly indicate which part of your Exhibit C shall be treated "Commercial in Confidence", and be password protected on the NC3A BOA web-site. Presentation of Pricelists within Exhibit C - Products - • Company shall provide Products Pricelist with indicated discounts levels that Company is willing to offer under BOA from Catalogue (or End User) Prices. • Discounts can be granted for products, group of products or whole systems. • Company can make reference to the price lists available on the internet web pages NATO UNCLASSIFIED

  8. Presentation of Pricelists within Exhibit C - Services – (1) • Description of Labour Categories (Positions) that Company is willing to use in order to offer Services under BOA. Description shall provide details on background (education), expertise, qualifications and experience; • Fully Loaded Hourly Rates related to the Labour Categories described. Hourly rates, including labour metrics, i.e. hours worked per day, per week and per month. In some instances there may be a request for overhead loading factor; • Number of working hours per working day, week and month; • Indication of the standard business hours timeframe; • Multipliers applicable in case the work is to be performed outside standard business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays; • Reference to the NATO Travel and Per Diem rates in case of travel requirement. BOA Products and Services List • BOA can be signed only for the Products and Services that are listed on the BOA Products and Services List (published on the BOA website); • Company shall select from the BOA Products and Services List all the products and services that you wish to offer under your BOA. In case if you cannot find a category that defines exactly what you would like to offer under your BOA, you should select the closest category that applies; • The completed Product list shall be sent back by fax or e-mail (in PDF format).
