  1. INDEPENDENT PROVIDER ASSOCIATION (IPA) DEVELOPMENT

  2. In the changing health care landscape, FQHCs are continually required to do more with less. However, the ability to work collectively through an IPA model will help FQHCs to continue to provide the highest quality of care, decrease administrative costs, and ensure maximum reimbursement.

  3. By organizing as an IPA, FQHCs are able to be leaders among our peers and have more influence and leverage over those with whom we partner.

  4. With more individual having health insurance coverage, the federal funding targeted to cover uncompensated care will likely decrease. Through the IPA, the members can position themselves to better take advantage of the market reforms based on the value they bring to payers.

  5. RJMA’s associates are able to assist you in cultivating partnerships with other FQHCs; developing organizational, strategic, business and operational plans relating the IPA development; and implementation guidance and support.

  6. Content Designed By: Robert J. Miller & Associates, Inc.
