There are various other strict requirements for the employee and the employer to apply for this category. The minimum score on the points –based selection tests the candidate must score on the basis of employer sponsorship, salary, maintenance funds and language skills are 50 points.

  5.  This category is specifically for the employees who get transferred to work in an office in the United Kingdom through the same company. For this, there are strict conditions that the employee and employer have to meet before the process. There are strict criteria on the salary the person makes. The minimum point score that candidate must score is 60. For employer sponsorship point requirement is 30, for salary requirement – 20, & maintenance funds – 10 which makes up the score.
