Vattenfalls Idrotts- & Fritidsförbund What is Vattenfalls Recreational Associations? • The organization is a group of associations within the Vattenfall Group. with sports and leisure activities as their main occupation • The organisation’s main task is to support and organize the associations’ activities • The Association consists of more than 25 local associations, which includes more than 6000 members from Malmö in the south to Porjus in the north and Denmark • The Association may only be connected and organized by staff within the Vattenfall Group.ie staff in a majority-owned subsidiary 2 | Facts about VIF | 2012.11.10

Vattenfalls Idrotts- & Fritidsförbund How the activities are organized • Activities will promote cooperation, solidarity and camaraderie among employees within the Vattenfall Group • Activities must be designed so that it in any form will be available to all and can give each practitioner satisfaction with respect to each (every) one's values • These operations are conducted in collaboration with Vattenfall body of staff and wellness within and outside the Vattenfall Group • Our vision is to offer activities that give Vattenfall staff vitality, energy and togetherness, during convivial forms 3 | Facts about VIF | 2012.11.10
