As we found that some of the fillet on 1005 chip are very hard to identify by human eyes. The VT-RNS-S post-reflow inspection machine uses a 3-CCD camera, which obtains three times the data of a single-CCD camera, to enable highly robust inspections The VT-RNS-Z post-placement inspection machine has a uniquely developed ECM search function for measuring the angle of component placement positions, enabling highprecision measurement of component mounting status with an X axis shift, Y axis shift, or skew.

Power supply assembly line, we are able to produce est. 500k pcs / Month with our current layout of production line. We also have Burn-in chamber if customer do request .
