  2. Problem Statement • As publishers, we constantly face challenges to improve our organization, tools, technologies, and processes. • We need a safe forum where we can freely discuss our business challenges and get advice from our peers at other companies.

  3. What do we do? • Meet bi-weekly • Discuss our issues, challenges, and successes • Brainstorm • Share information in a non-threatening environment • Influence the industry by promoting best practices identified by the forum • Invite/approve new members to the forum

  4. Mission Statement • An open forum for GILT* leaders to share information with a view to better understanding the challenges of localization and influencing the industry * Globalization, Internationalization, Localization and Translation
