Preparing for the Markets of the Future • For this target specific resources will be provided, mergers and acquisitions will be facilitated, and furthermore, high investments in research and development are carried out. • Acquisition of Dimatix, former producer of industrial inkjet print head • Acquisition of Avecia Inkjet, leading manufacturer of colors and for Inkjet-printers • Acquisition of Sericol Group, leading in production of industrial printing ink, for example for large format industrial inkjet-printing technologies • Strategic growth sectors are: High functional materials (inks and papers for inkjet printers, CtP-plates), optical systems, graphic systems, document administration & workflow.
