Conjugating verbs (Past, present, future). Three basic forms. Mag Um In/hin. Conjugating with “mag”: Rules. Past: Nag + root Naglinis Present: Nag + first syllable of root +root Naglilinis Future: Mag + first syllable of root +root Maglilinis.
Sometimes “in” is used with “hin” when the root ends in “I”
Sometimes “I” is used to conjugate the future tense when the root ends with “ing” (but not always)
