Door Type or Stationary Rack • Most common because of their compact size and versatility • Sized for operations with fewer than 150 seats approximately 1500 dishes or 53-62 racks per hour • Designed to stand between 2 tables either corner or pass-thru for loading (soiled) on one side and clean (discharge) other side • Door opens from front for easy loading of racks • Inside wash compartment top and bottom stainless arms revolve and spray
