ROLE PLAY Helen and Anna are the Human Resource managers of two hospitality structures (a 4-star hotel and a country house) You have read an insertion that the two structures are seeking front office staff and are asking for a description of the competences (that is, what they know how to do) of the candidates You wish to apply and you write a letter presenting your curriculum in which you describe four competences specific to the role of receptionist which you believe you possess If you prefer not to write your name, make up a name May the best man (or woman) win!!!!
