What is InlandAction? • InlandAction is a non-profit, non-partisan corporation of public spirited leaders who have joined togetherto be catalysts for the economic well-being of the Inland Empire region of California. • Fiftieth Anniversary in October 2012 • Organization with involvement in a broad range of issues and geographical interest from San Bernardino County to the entire Southern California region

Why InlandAction? • To provide a strong voice from private sector representatives on a broad range of issues which effect our communities and the region in support of community betterment and economic vitality • Establish on-going relationships with elected representatives which encourages open dialogue for creative solutions and provides mutual support for meeting the unique needs of our communities and the region

  4. Who is InlandAction? Executives of over fifty businesses in the region, which includes: • Major computer technology, environmental, and communications businesses • Leaders of the major colleges, universities, and medical institutions in the inland counties • Railroads, utilities, and banks • Attorneys, accountants, and other professional services

  5. InlandAction - How we do it! • Establish on-going relationships with local elected officials through regular meetings in their offices and hosting them as speakers at our meetings • Sponsorships of community events to highlight exceptional service and provide opportunities for businesses to engage with officials • Annual advocacy trips to Washington, D.C. and Sacramento
