MT 2017-2018 Indonesia recruited total of 6 headcounts of MT in 2017 and 2018, where they enrolled in an extensive program of 18 months across different functions: Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Services. MTs of 2017: Andika, Fio, Ulin, Harya, Griselda and Michelle has now successfully landed permanent roles in different functions, ready to ramp up the game and to be future leaders in RB. Yossi Andris Tanti Started her career in RB as MT in 2014 where she grows her career exponentially in Sales, as Area Sales Manager and now as Key Account Manager. Donnie Naragung Pradana He was part of MT Class of 2011 where he started as climb up the ladder as Area Sales Manager, then as Jr Trade Mkt Mgr. He left RB in 2015, then rejoined in 2017 as Sr Category Trade Mkt Mgr.
