We must return to value creation . . . • Change the mindset from defense to offense • Stop fretting over regulation, governance and risk • What is going to happen is going to happen • We must control our destiny, DO NOT ALLOW others to seize it • Everything we do should drive value: • Enhance Tangible Book Value Per Share (TBVS) Enhance Core Earnings Per Share (CEPS) • Enhance the Franchise Value (Core Deposits, Delivery Channels)

We must move from the outer ring . . . • ERM drives STRATEGY which drives VALUE Recognize that, • Risk, Corporate Governance and Regulation are necessary, but too much of any of these impede value creation. • So we must re-focus on those things that create value. • It’s a much more positive place to be!
