  1. The Transformation StationWhere Ordinary Students become Extraordinary Heroes! • “With great power comes great responsibility.”-Super Man

  2. Mrs. Thomas’ Lab Class • We believe that every child receives what they need based on individuality. • Every child learns differently, and they do not all fit in a standard learning box. Therefore, modifications are made on an individual basis. “What’s good for one isn’t good for everyone.” • Modifications do not have to be made in a lab setting. Our regular classroom teachers can and do make modifications as needed. • A modification can be to come to lab during an academic time for assistance. • A trip to our room does not always = trouble!

  3. GOALS! • Every child needs a goal-whether it is a behavior goal or an academic goal. It is OUR goal to find something to make your child successful in and focus on that. Every child CAN be successful and CANlearn!

  4. Every child is loved! • Before any results are noticed and made, our students need to know that we love them-no matter what. • Mistakes can and will be made and that is OK. • Each day is a new day and a chance to be successful! • Rewards are given when class standards are met and goals achieved. • Consequences are based on the actions and given to fit the child.
