  4. Green Button Connect: 23 million meters and counting • California (D.13-09-025, 2013): 11 million electric meters • Illinois (15-0073, 2016): 5 million electric meters • Washington, D.C.: 26,000 commercial customers • New York (multiple orders): 3.8M (ConEd), 3.4M (others)
