2. About our Incorporation The Company ‘Stunning Food Products (India) Pvt. Ltd.’ (Company Registration No. U15122GJ2014PTC080106 )is incorporated on 13th July-2014 in the state of Gujarat in India by well experienced team of professionals. With a view to take up challenge that feels like hurdles in processing dehydrated food products, we have decided to establish a unit where we can minimize the issues related with food contamination by controlling quality. At the STUNNING FOOD, we have invested our experience and adopted all possible technologies right from infrastructure to packing & storage. We have taken care of every aspect at every stage for a perfect product. We believe in ‘precaution is better then cure’.

Infrastructure Facility The company has own state-of-the-art processing plant situated across 8094 sq.mtr. of Industrial land with having built up area of 2063.50 sq. mtr. located on survey no. 101 at village: Umrali, Ta.: Jetpur of District Rajkot of western state GUJARAT of India. The buildings are consists of : • Weigh bridge • Raw Material Storage • Processing Building • Finished Goods Cutting / Fraction Unit for Minced & Granules • Grinding Unit • Packing & Storage for Finished Goods • Offices • Laboratory and other ancillary constructions. 7. Plant & Machinery With a view to maintain higher standard of quality, we have designed & installed fully automatic plant & machinery and ancillary pre & post processing equipment. This atomization does not only save the cost of labour charge but also help in maintaining quality by reducing possible contamination coming from human touch. All the food products touching part made from high quality Stainless Still material. Necessary post production equipment like colour sorting, metal detection and high strength magnets also placed at proper places to ensure high quality and safe food for human consumption. Power Generator of adequate capacity ensures for power back up and uninterrupted production to maintain uniform quality in the event of power failure. Our Specialty Here we are using only USFDA approved ‘Food Grade’ oil as media of heating in our dryers to prevent possible damage of contamination in the event of smaller leakage of oil during drying because ‘prevention is better than cure’ and such safety at every stage assure our customer for a ‘safe food’ for human consumption.

10. About the Quality - 1 • We at STUNNING FOOD very strictly believe in the quality. To ensure fully safe material for human consumption, we have implemented a four stage process control programme as under: • Stage-1: Inward of Raw Material: • We used to check and physically inspect the raw material at the time of inward and only selected raw material unloaded. Our quality control start from here. • Stage-2: During Processing: • During the pre-drying, drying and post-drying process many equipment placed for controlling physical and microbiological contamination. These equipment consists of raw material grading, three times washing, control panels for controlling temperature, air conditioned post-process grading & inspection area, colour sorter, metal detectors for Fe & Non-Fe metal detection and high strength magnets.

About Quality - 2 • Stage-3: Laboratory: We have in-house laboratory operated by experienced technician to measure chemical and micro biological parameters of every lot of production. • Stage-4: Documentation: We are updating documentation of processed goods as per our ISO 22000: 2005 certification In future the company is planning to achieve other International standards related with quality and food safety. By the adopting this four stage controlling process, our product ensures adequate safety for human consumption.
