  2. Users-producers Dialogue • Establish since 2000, on yearly basis • NSC’s initiative to mainly coordinate statistics activity

Users-producers Dialogue • Issues • Understanding of statistics ( example: GDP,GNI, GNP, their relation, Poverty.. ..) • Timeliness of information ( speed of changing of needs domestically and internationally) • Appreciation of quality of statistics • Relation between users and producers is not on the same platform( Producers have to produce, Users can use other sources

Users-producers Dialogue • Possible attention that could be made. • Training of users ( SIAP could play an important role) • A frame for the need of statistics • Establishing the meta data base as an integrated part of the statistics production (friendly user approach for statistics) • Well balance between quality, timely and funding for the production of statistics * Recognition of statistics as public goods
