Make sure you read the fees & charges(free for Asia & Pacific Islands until July 2007).

Then continue Venues (hotels & resorts etc) or Services (audio visual, car hire, team building etc.)

Then select a major region e.g. Asia

This first form is the account holder (normally the marketing contact). The public do not see this information.

Choose a username and password minimum 6 characters – no spaces.

Complete the rest of the form.

This second form is the main company information – it may contain the same or similar information as your account holder form.

The billing email address is recorded for future use (after the trial period) should you choose to continue with your listing.

ABN is only for Australian listings so can be left blank or add 00000000.

Now this is the actual product or service listing form.

Most of this information can be seen by buyers using the website.

Keep adding the information – remember you can edit any of this information at any time.

The system can time out on this page if you take too long.


Select the service categories that best describe your product or service.

N.B You can only select categories that represent your business offerings (no third party categories allowed). e.g Event Management Company cannot select category "Audio Visual Supplier".


You have 1000 characters to describe your service listing.

This is optional and if selected it will display the 5% off logo next to your listing in the search results indicating to buyers that you will provide the discount off your normal rates.

This is optional and if selected it will display the hot special logo next to your listing in the search results. Just remember to turn it off when the special is out of date!


Select this Option 2 for the trial period.

This option is included for the trial period as part of the option 2 style listing so you can select Yes.

Edit My Service

Add Images for Sample Asia Listing

Easy to upload images by browsing your own hard drive and double click an image which will put the file path name in.

Then select Next to upload the image.

For best results it is suggested you use low res jpg or gif format and upload one at a time.


Once an image is uploaded it will display a small thumbnail (it will appear larger in the actual listing).

Add second or third images the same way or return to the service listing management screen to see your listing.

To sign in and edit your listing at any time just select the Sign in link.

If you have forgotten your details enter the account holders email address by using the forgotten password link.

Once you sign in remember that the ‘My Home Page’ link will always bring you back to this page so you can access your left hand side sub menu.

When you select ‘My Services’ you can view or edit your listing.

When you select ‘edit’ you can select the edit your images button to change or add images or you can edit the main listing details – don’t forget to select ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
