  • Insert one from the Clip Art Gallery
  • Import one from your own file
  • Copy one from Web and paste to your slide

Insert one from the Clip Art Gallery

1. Go to insert

2. Find picture

3. Click Clip Art

You will get the following window

Use Scroll bar to find more pictures

Click insert when you choose the picture

You can insert a picture from your file

Following the same steps on the third slide, but you click from file instead of Clip Art, you will get the following window. You can find your file first, and then click insert.

You can copy an image from Web and paste it directly to your slide ...

resize and reposition the image or text on your slide
Resize and reposition the image or text on your slide
  • Click inside the text or the image you want to resize or reposition
  • Small boxes will be appeared around the text or image, just like the right image
    • Place your cursor on one of boxes, it will become two-end arrows. Drag it outside or inside of the image, the image will become larger or smaller
    • Click and drag the text or image to the place where you want .
