  2. About Flange Mount Bearing Flange mount bearings are a form of bearing unit that supports heavy loads when the shaft axis is perpendicular to the mounting surface.

  3. It is a rigid housing which allows the unit to rotate within a stable and carefully controlled environment. The housing is bolted to the foundation of the unit, and allows the outer ring to stay still while the inner ring is able to freely rotate.
