  2. Brief History In 2004, our association only had approximately $4000/- .With limited resources it was quite hard to support the members in need and our activities were very limited. A small group of members realised the situation and suggested to contribute $500/- per family so that we have our own place. In the beginning it was up the hill battle and later 40 to 50% of our association family members accepted and contributed. Designed by Abdul Jalal & Saiful Aye
  3. Forming a Trustee for the centre In 2010, we formed a dedicated trustee for our centre project. Our trustee members are: Br Khin Maung Win Sr Thida Br Dr Aung Khin Br Dr Than Aung Sr Phyu Phyu Lwin Sr Dr Aye Aye Br Ko Than Aung Sr Jenny Br Sayeed Br Ali Mah & Br Abdul Jalal.   6. Renovation Sept ,2012 Trustee decided to renovate the unit and sell it. On 13th October 2012, a group of BMA members helped to paint the base coat at our unit.**** 10th of Dec 2012 tenants moved out and full renovation begun. Four die-hard BMA members Br Saha, Br Kyaw Hla, Br Aung Zay Ya and Br Muslim put their best efforts in renovation and the result was magnificent. Well done and BMA always need people like you.   7. Selling Trustee gave first priority to members by notifying them with email. Open house for BMA community members on 16th February 2013. After no proper offer from members, we have assigned a real estate agent to execute the sale. Within a week, our unit was sold for $290,000. Thanks to Br Al Mah for all the work in selling process and also Br Khin Maung Win for helping us in engaging a solicitor. Designed by Abdul Jalal & Saiful Aye

  9. Plan for the future Buying a suitable place for centre within 1 to 2 years (IA). Create a forum on our BMA web site so that members can share ideas such as where and when to buy A workshop session for brainstorming with members All our members to get involved not just the ideas but also with a sustainable plan and action Finding a solution for more resources internal external Designed by Abdul Jalal & Saiful Aye
