Assessment Administration: The Basics • The goal of test administration is to collect valid data about student performance. • Per state law [22-7-409(1.2.a.1.d.I)], every Colorado student enrolled in a public school is required to take either the TCAP or CoAlt in the appropriate grade levels and content areas.
