  1. Bump • Your legs need to be bent. • Your forearms have to be straight • Make sure your hands are locked together To pass the ball using the forearms and the hands clasped together and arms locked at the elbows.

  2. Kill A good kill is usually a sure score !!! An attack, usually a spike that the opposing team cannot return.
