What is eBenefitsNow?

An online enrollment tool that allows employees to:

  • Enroll in benefits

  • Change personal information, such as an address or phone number

  • Change supplemental insurance information (if applicable)


What to expect
What to Expect

  • One-thought-per-screen format makes electing benefits easy and error-free.

  • The same convention will be used for each employee’s login IDs and password. The login ID will always be the first name of the employee, followed by the first letter of the employee’s last name and the last four digits of the Social Security Number. Initially, the password will be the Social Security Number.

    For example:

    • Employee Name: John Doe

    • Social Security Number: 222-33-3434

    • eBenefitsNow Login ID: JohnD3434

    • Password: 222334444






eBenefitsNow guides you through the benefit election process, beginning with Medical Elections.



If one Medical Plan is available you may now choose the Coverage Level.

*Note: The benefit offerings here are only an example and may vary for each employer.


And then enter in the name of your dependent and their suffix, if they have one.

NOTE: If one chooses Employee Only, the system will not prompt for dependents. If one chooses a coverage level that requires dependents, the system will prompt for dependents.



As well as their gender. suffix, if they have one.


And date of birth. suffix, if they have one.



A summary of the benefit information appears for you to review.

The Edit buttons allow you to go back and make changes as needed.

Click Save to proceed to the next section.






To end the session, click you entered. . .Logout.
