  2. Who We Are Location of Facility We operate hospitals, health centres and community-based programs throughout Halifax Regional Municipality and the western part of Hants County. Number and type of Patients/Residents/Clients: 1313 inpatient beds. We provide medical and surgical care, mental health care, community health programs, addiction prevention and treatment, and environmental health services.

  6. Measures At the beginning of the collaborative we were just introducing the Morse Falls Tool so our baseline for documented falls assessment was 0. Since initiating the tool the data has shown a 97%/98% compliance rate with completing the tools.
