  2. Today we will . . . • Review homework. • Rate your school using the data from your CNA. • Develop school improvement plan for 2010-2012.

  3. Homework Review • Create a data notebook containing 14 sections, one for each sub-dimension. • In each section, collect at least 4 evidences, using the Bernhardt circle as a guide.

  4. School Improvement Focus • Rate your school based on your data. • Identify three focus areas for your SIP.

  5. SMART Goals • Specific • Measurable • Attainable • Realistic • Time-sensitive
