The Ecology of China Media • The special role of the media played in today’s china • Tool of the CCP and the government to advertise itself • This role greatly undermine the media serve for the public Litigation • The media structure has been changed greatly after china adopt the open and reform policies

The Positive and Negative Aspect of the Using of the New Media To raise the public awareness of the cases To put pressure on the public agencies, especially the court To protected the individual who involve in the cases, esp. the lawyers themselves Make the whole process transparent Media bias: it can benefit and at the same time change the balance Focus on public opinion and neglect the law process Greatly undermine the authority of the judicial system
