  6. Section 192.801 Scope Stroud Diving has a process in place to determine the qualification of individuals who perform covered tasks Who will perform Underwater?

  7. Section 192.801 Scope We have a list of covered tasks. We have Testing / Training/ And Assessment Commercial Diving School, Inc * Affiliate

  8. Section 192.801 Scope Stroud Diving’s program meets the 4-part test 1. Is performed on a pipeline facility; 2. Is an operations or maintenance task; 3. Is performed as a requirement of this part; and 4. Affects the operation or integrity of the pipeline

  9. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel Mesco / Stroud Diving Has a written and practiced Operator Qualification Program Testing and Qualification

  12. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel Our Operator’s written Program Includes provisions for the following seven (7) items as required by this section. Diving Items are slightly different

  14. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel 2. Provisions to ensure through evaluation that individuals performing covered tasks are qualified

  15. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel 3. Provisions to allow individuals that are not qualified to perform a covered task with training and close supervision via Our Apprenticeship

  16. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel 4. Provisions to evaluate an individual whose performance of a covered task may have contributed to a reportable accident / incident

  17. Section 192.805 Qualification of Pipeline Personnel 5. Provisions to evaluate whether an individual is no longer qualified to perform a covered task

  22. Section 192.807 Recordkeeping Operator’s records include: • Identification of qualified individual(s) • Identification of the covered tasks the individual is qualified to perform • Date(s) of current qualification • Qualification method(s) used

  23. Section 192.807 Recordkeeping Qualification records are maintained while the individual is performing the covered task

  24. Section 192.807 Recordkeeping Qualification records are kept for five (5) years after individuals cease performing the covered tasks Records are Archived Annually

  25. Section 192.809 General We had a written Plan in effect by Jan 12, 2002 and have endeavored to become 100% OQ evaluated by September 30, 2002

  26. Section 192.809 General OQ Training, Assessment, & Evaluation will be a permanent Evolution with employees in all phases and cycles by Jan 2003 We are ready to support the program And to maintain records on employees on the covered tasks list

  27. Section 192.809 General Work performance history will be an evaluation method after 38 months from the date of publication of this subpart Compliance history and Record of Quality will be considered
