  6. Your Health and Wellness Read pages 4 - 6. Pay close attention to the definitions of health and wellness, lifestyle factors, and the health continuum. Complete the first page of the worksheet!

Physical Health: has to do with how well your body functions. • Enough energy to perform daily activities • Can cope with challenges and stresses • Can resist disease • Avoids injury • Getting adequate sleep • Eat nutritiously • Drink plenty of water • Physically active on a regular basis • Practices good hygiene • Get regular check-ups (dental/medical) • Avoids harmful substances • Stay at a healthy weight
