Morgantown • Coal Blending System • Will enable the use of different types of coal to match specifications of the boilers and air quality control equipment • Gypsum Loadout Facility • Use of the barge at Morgantown for gypsum generated at Morgantown and Chalk Point • Will allow for barge transportation to expand the potential for beneficial use

  3. Morgantown • Air Emissions (still under review) • Gypsum Loadout Facility • Slight increase in air emissions (PM, PM10, PM2.5) • Coal Blending Facility • Reduction in air emissions (proposed facility is below grade) • Net Effect: Slight Increase in PM & PM10

  4. Morgantown • Other Potential Impacts? • Additional Barge Traffic • Stormwater Management • May have to rework the SWM system • Noise • New sources of noise
