  3. Who Are Qualified? • Foreign nationals 35 years old and above qualify as principal applicants • Spouse and children below 21 years of age qualify as dependents

  4. FORMER FILIPINO CITIZENS 35 yrs & above FOREIGN NATIONALS 35 to 49 yrs 50 yrs & above Required Deposit US$ 1,500 US$ 75,000 US$ 50,000 Note: Effective May 29, the minimum investment was reduced for a limited period of six months.

  5. Documentary Requirements • PRA Application Form • Original Passport with Valid Entry • Medical Certificate • Police or NBI Clearance • Time Deposit Certification from any PRA Accredited bank of the Inward US$ Remittance • 1”x1” & 2”x2” photographs (6pcs. each) Note: • Marriage Contract or any similar proof of relationship for joining-spouse • Birth Certificate or any similar proof of relationship for joining-dependents • All documents obtained from abroad must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consular Office and translated into English if necessary

Areas of Investment • Purchase, acquisition and ownership of a condominium unit; • Long-term lease of house and lot, condominium or townhouse which should not be for a period shorter than 20 years; • Purchase, acquisition and ownership of golf or country club share/s; or • Investment in shares of stocks of corporations duly registered in the Philippine Stock Exchange

Processing / Servicing Fees One-Time fees For Principal Applicant : For Each Dependent : US$ 1,500.00 US$ 300.00 Annual fees Renewal of ID Card : Visitorial Fee : (for converted deposits) US$ 10.00 1% of the amount withdrawn Note: Effective May 29, the minimum investment was reduced for a limited period of six months.
