  2. What we do • In Video Game Club(VGC), we play video games of various styles and compare their artwork, gameplay, difficulty, etc. • We study programming languages and softwares. We look at how they work and what they offer. • We use all of our knowledge to make our own video games!

  3. Club Officers • Aashish Pasupuleti – President & Founder • HareeshGali – Vice President & Head Instructor • Thomas Munduchira – Treasurer • Ashwin Chidambaram - Secretary

  4. Club Meetings • Club Meetings will be every Monday from after school to 4:45 unless otherwise specified. • You can leave earlier if you need to, but we encourage you to stay as long as you can • We end meetings promptly 4:45, but you are always welcome to take your work home with you on a flash drive.

  5. Club Meetings cont. • After general announcements are done, we will split the club into different rooms. • There will be 3-4 rooms for teaching programs and softwares and 1-2 rooms for working on projects.

  6. Teachers • Teachers will be appointed by the club officers and will teach members how to program and use softwares to make games. • If you want to be a teacher, talk to a club officer.

  7. Fundraisers • In order to raise money for games, systems, consoles, and softwares, VGC hold fundraisers throughout the year. Every member MUST participate in at least one. • Have ideas for fundraisers? Tell a club officer and we’ll try to implement your idea.

  8. Dues & Donations • The mandatory fee for VGC is $15 per member. • Donations are gladly accepted. Members who donate get prioritized for gaming and computer time. • You may also buy a VGC t-shirt for $20.

  9. Feedback • Advice for the club is always appreciated. If you have an idea or think something should change, tell a club officer and we will do our best to make it happen. • We will vote on the idea as a club. If 2/3 of the club is in favor, the idea/change will be implemented.
