Cancellation Policy of Aeromexico Airline • If you are cancelling the flight within the 24 hours of the cooling-off period after the flight booking time providing the flight was booked at least 7 days prior to the flight departure, you don’t need to pay the cancellation fee and the full refund will be credited in the original form of payment. • If the flight is cancelled after the 24 hours of purchasing the ticket, there will be a cancellation fee deducted from the ticket cost and the remaining amount will be refunded. • If the flight cancelled was booked within 7 days of the flight departure, there will be a cancellation fee deducted from the ticket cost and the refund will be transferred in your travel bank which is good to use for the future flight booking(s). • If there is no show and flight cancellation request, no refund will be generated.
