  23. E-commerce LAW (EHL) Which law? An e-business outside of Denmark does not have to follow the Danish E-commerce law –not even if the sale is directed to a Danish marked. -unless it regards national order and security or the health of the Danish population • (EHL §4)

  24. E-commerce LAW (EHL) Spam? Any direct mail/telefax/sms/direct call send/made from a business (aimed for sales) without the receivers permission is prohibited. Fee = 10.000 d kr for 100 messanges That means: newsletters are ok if the customers has agreed to receive them in connection to other online sales. (EHL §6)
