Spend/Save Definitions – Shelley Kirkendall • HP Invoiced Part Number the part number of the component that is invoiced to HP • Product (Model & Generation) program the part number is used on, if used on multiple programs report under what launched first ---- C3000, C7000, BL460cG1, BL460cG5, BL680cG1, BL680cG5, BL2x220cG5, Bl260cG5, ML110G4, DL380G5, ML350G5, DL360G5, DL365G5, Nitrogen, Seadrift, Krypton, Cowrie • Commodity classification of the part number - please choose from this list of options ----- Mod-0, Mod-1, PCA, Power Supply, Option Kit, Thermal Device, Cable, Mezz card, Smart Arrays, Heat Sink, CPU Blanks, SMC/Chassis/LCD, Nic Adapters, Pass-Thrus, Fan Hardware Kit (not to include rail kits) Mechanical Component/Assy ex: bezel, HD blank ***no service material or kits is to be included • Description HP part number description • HP Division Which HP division does this invoice support; ISS, BCS, SWD • Entity - HP Site Codes 5200, 5252, NK00, G100, G110, 32F2, 32F1, 33SC, 9010, XG01, BF02, B606, 0012, MFBR • Entity Region region where part is sold: Houston, Singapore, Japan, Germany, Mexico, Australia, China, Brazil, Scotland, etc. (Spell Out - no abbreviations) • Baseline price of the part in the last quarter of the previous year (for FY09 this price should be October Q4 FY08price) • Quarterly Spend derived each month by multiplying monthly price by monthly shipments • Quarterly Savings dollar savings derived from the beginning of a fiscal quarter to the next. Derived each month by subtracting current price from the previous quarter price (last month of last quarter) and multiplying by monthly shipments • BOY Savings Base Over Year: savings incurred in current fiscal year against previous fiscal year October 31st pricing. Derived by subtracting current price from the baseline and multiplying by monthly shipments (for FY09 you will always subtract the current price from Oct 31, 2008 price) • Volume Forecast provide actual shipment qty for current month and update forecast for remainder of the year. Actuals noted in green, forecast in yellow. • Cost Forecast provide actual price of p/n for current month and update forecasted price for remainder of the year. Actuals noted in green, forecast in yellow. • Tab or Pivot Chart by Product
