Primary Meal Uptake – Summary January 2011 44,000 Meals per Day - Equates To 49% Uptake Year to Date 45.2% = an Extra 1,700 Meals per Day on 09/10 We are on target for circa 7.8 MILLION MEALS End of Financial Year 10/11 NATIONAL AVERAGE 41.4% 45.5% of Schools are achieving 48 % + Meal Uptake 20% of Total Primary Meals Served are FSM (Year to Date)

  8. Secondary School Meal Uptake January 2011 – Overall Turnover up 7% April 2010 to January 2011 – 5.7% Despite introduction of stringent ‘Break Time’ Legislation

  9. Secondary School Meal Uptake – Summary January 2011 Meal Uptake - 41.3% (Jan 2010 - 39.6%) Year to Date - 38% (JAN 10 = 36.2%) National Average - 35.8% Meals Served January 2011 - 14,571 Meals Year to date - 13,675 Frees School Meals Served - 16.3% (Year to date)
