Per cui sono costituzioni “brevi” che rinviano tutto alla legge. Costituzioni “Flessibili” (per es. Statuto 1848) Scritte In esse quello che importa è mettere un limite al potere della maggioranza che vince le elezioni, vietando alla legge il potere di “violare” i beni e gli interessi scritti in costituzione: perciò sono costituzioni “lunghe”. “Rigide” (per es. USA, I, D, SP…)
